These terms govern your use of SponsorRoles. The service is operated by BRENU LTD, company number 17437432, registered in England and Wales at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

What SponsorRoles provides

SponsorRoles is a research and job-discovery service. We display job information from third-party sources and match employer names against organisations listed on the official UK register of licensed sponsors.

No sponsorship guarantee

A sponsor-register match does not mean that a particular vacancy offers sponsorship, that an employer will sponsor you, or that you qualify for a visa. You must verify the original advert, speak directly with the employer and check current GOV.UK requirements.

Not immigration or legal advice

Nothing on SponsorRoles is immigration, legal, financial or career advice. SponsorRoles is independent of and is not endorsed by the UK Government, the Home Office, employers or job providers.

Third-party information and links

Job listings, sponsor-register information and external links may change, expire or contain errors. Applications take place on third-party websites and are subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control recruitment decisions or external websites.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a scale that harms availability, submit malicious content, or use the website unlawfully.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service useful and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all information is complete, current or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, BRENU LTD is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on third-party listings, recruitment decisions, visa outcomes or external websites.

Intellectual property

The SponsorRoles name, site design and original content belong to BRENU LTD or its licensors. Third-party job information, names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts applicable under those laws.
