About this role
About the Team We have an exciting opportunity for a social worker to join the home finding hub. The Home Finding hub is responsible for finding our children a home when they cannot live with their birth parents or family/friends. You will join a dedicated team of social workers, referral and placement officers and be on the hub duty rota alternate weeks.
